Among the non-Hong Kong establishments getting the collaboration arrangements, about 30-50% are organizations in the “Pearl River Delta (PRD) Economic Zone” and the “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (other than Hong Kong)” (Table 1.4).
