65 7 Conclusions 7.10 This project is coordinated by the Education and Technology Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (LOCPG), funded by the Research Department of the LOCPG, and managed by the Beijing-Hong Kong Academic Exchange Center.
