Research Progress in Area 4 方向 ( 四 ) 課題進展 171 Research Clusters 科研架構 HKB Area 4 focuses on marine-derived natural product discovery and bio-function evaluation. 12 research teams in this area have diverse expertise, establishing a comprehensive drug discovery chain, from natural product isolation, structure characterization, compound library building through biosynthesis and chemical synthesis, and bioactivity evaluation.
