211 Academic Exchange 学術交流 The Hong Kong branch had carried out various exchange and promotion activities in 2021. For example, we invited world-renowned marine experts to share their cutting-edge research through online distinguished seminar series; coordinated workshops for project leaders to discuss the research collaboration and the future development direction; organized large-scale conferences and public forum to improve the academic reputation and social impacts; conducted exchange visits with local government departments to establish collaboration potentials; arranged multiple field sampling and cruise trips to facilitate the research activities of the affiliated members. 香港分部于2021年度开展了形式多样的活动：比如邀请海外知名海洋专家进行线上 杰出学者讲座，分享世界前沿研究进展；组织各研究方向进行专题研讨会，共同探 讨分部的学术合作及未来发展方向；组织大型分部及国际会议，召开公众讲座，提 高分部及总部的学术声誉及社会影响；与当地政府部门进行互访参观交流，拓展分 部与总部的合作范畴；协调组织多个野外采样及出海航次，辅助分部成员推进研究 进程。
