Both labs have the long term collaboration on the neuroprotection project; Prof. Qian’s research group extracts bioactive compounds from marine microbes and provides them to Prof. Liu’s group for the biological test. On this meeting, both research labs had updated their research progress and discussed the future plan. They will evaluate the bioactivity of the selected compounds with animal studies.
