By building the chatbot, we hope to support the victims and raise awareness of sexual harassment. The chatbot consists of three major functions, i.e., chitchat, education, and documentation. Currently, we have successfully implemented the flowcharts of conversations for all 3 functions. Apart from that, we are working on improving the flexibility of the content by using computer language C# and enhancing the user experience by researching the existing chatbots in the market. The chatbot is anticipated to be launched by next academic year on school websites and some student mobile apps.
