During this semester we analyzed the data collected from water dispensers and quantified the effectiveness of our intervention by observing the refill trends throughout the semester, and comparing the percentage change of refills for test and control sites. In addition, we have launched a post-intervention survey and conducted qualitative and quantitative analysis on the responses collected, to investigate how the intervention has changed students' perceptions towards the water dispensers on campus. In the end, recommendations are made for future improvements to encourage more water dispenser usage and water consumption on campus. Decarbonization 2050 with Green Energy - An Educational Game Supervisor: SAUERWEIN Meike / ENVR Student: LAU Chi Choi / EVMT LOK Chuen Leung Ferdinand / EVMT Course: UROP1100, Fall With the rising importance of carbon-neutrality by 2050, we would like to promote this concept in a simpler and easier way to the public in a bid to enhance their environmental awareness. Therefore, the card game project, Decarbonization 2050, is carried out. Even though we have conducted various market research to design the prototype from a more accurate angle of players, we realized that the first draft of our prototype was not player-comprehensible enough. The lack of interaction and variation bored our demo players. Noted the above concern, we are bettering the set up and rules of Decarbonization 2050. It is believed we would be able to improve the game so that it could be both educational and attractive.
