The award-winning startup consists of a team of 15 PhDs and researchers, from Stanford, Cambridge, and Hong Kong. The team is also coordinating around eight partnerships with professors, which include projects on clinical trials and engineering. Gense has raised USD2.5 million from grants and investment to date, and developed the capacity to mass manufacture its devices with medical device certification.
