Student Housing & Residential Life Office (SHRLO) SHRLO is in charge of the overall management of the student halls of HKUST, including admission, residential life, hall operations and off-campus housing. Management Office A team of full-time staff including Residential Life Officer Assistant Officers and Hall Attendants are present and responsible for managing the daily operation of the hall including resident services and facility management. The Management Office opens from 8:45 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. (except 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.) during weekdays and from 8:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. during weekends and public holidays. 7 Management Matters
