Natural Language Processing has stepped into the era of LLM. Google’s Bert model is one of the LLMs which shocked the world with its good performance. This report will walk through the data annotation process, the construction, fine-tuning, and evaluation of the NLP deep learning model. The data annotation process generally includes business entity 164abelling and sentiment classification, which provides necessary data for the deep learning model to get trained and evaluated. And for the model part, choosing a suitable Bert-based model and classification method is important. After we trained the right model constructed, we can evaluate its performance and use this as the standard to fine-tune the parameters of the original model. My model gets a reasonable and satisfying result in the end. Cryptocurrency, Blockchain and their Governance Implications Supervisor: HUANG, Allen / ACCT Student: HUANG, Yifu / RMBI Course: UROP1100, Spring UROP2100, Summer With the development of blockchain technology especially smart contract, decentralized, secure and reliable applications gradually emerged. Initial Coin Offering (ICO) is a typical example in fund raising area. Different from the tradition IPO which exchange funds with stocks, ICO raise funds by selling tokens that could access the services or products on its platform, and protect those tokens from being deleted or randomly issued through smart contract. With the appearance of more successful ICO projects, more researchers conducted studies on this topic. In this article, I try to make a literature review on several papers focused on ICO to summarize its strengths, challenges, and influential variables for success. Cryptocurrency, Blockchain and their Governance Implications Supervisor: HUANG, Allen / ACCT Student: ZHOU, Yixin / MAEC Course: UROP1100, Summer This study aims to review the academic literature and relevant knowledge regarding the governance of Decentralized Finance (DeFi) protocols and to provide a general framework in this area. This study is based on a literature review on SSRN and Google Scholar since most relevant papers are relatively new and haven’t been peer-reviewed. This paper respectively discusses the governance practices and is divided into four sections: The first section is an introduction to the topic under the background of blockchain, governance, and decentralized finance (DeFi); The second section examines the goals and mechanisms of governance in DeFi and presents representative case studies in DeFi applications; The third section summarizes new governance model propositions; And the fourth section analyzes the risks and provides an outlook.
