School of Engineering Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering 84 Understanding the Thermal Demand of Hong Kong People Supervisor: WANG, Zhe / CIVL Student: TANG, Hadrian Wai To / IS Course: UROP1000, Summer I have reviewed some thermal comfort papers that validate existing thermal comfort models and subject differences and applications of machine learning algorithms. I will try to apply machine learning algorithms for predicting Chinese people thermal comfort in the future. Project Financing Strategies for Major Infrastructure Projects Supervisor: ZHANG, Xueqing / CIVL Student: XIA, Dechen / SSCI Course: UROP1000, Summer Project finance has been practiced in many parts of the world in developing various types of infrastructure projects, often characterized by high specificity, low re-deployable value, and high capital intensity.
