17 APPLICATION PROCESS All applicants should submit their application documents through pg.ust.hk/prospective-students/admissions/online-application to the Fok Ying Tung Graduate School (FYTGS) of HKUST. Admission offers will be made on a rolling basis. As admissions are awarded on a competitive basis, early applications are strongly recommended. Late applications are considered only if there are still unfilled places.
