Our office also sponsored three students to join the 5 Undergraduate Research Academy organized by

the Asian Science and Technology Pioneering Institutes of Research and Education (ASPIRE). In 2018, the
theme was Smart Cities and students in the program had an opportunity to attend special lectures

delivered by expert faculty members and shared their own research findings with peer students from other
universities.
