3 | GUIDELINES FOR ROUNDTABLE SPEAKERS These apply to the Roundtables I to III, using the Islands format. Each session lasts 90 minutes. 1. The roundtable sessions are conducted as group discussions (please refer to the attached floor layout): • There are three roundtable sessions in total, one within each of the Forum’s three themes. • At each session, a designated chair introduces the topic and poses several guiding questions. • Speakers are divided into groups at separate discussion tables, each seating six to eight, for in-depth discussion. • Every discussion table is led by a moderator, who facilitates the conversation and subsequently presents the group’s insights to the room. 2. The chair and table moderators change for every roundtable session. All seats are pre-assigned and reshuffled for each session.
